Quiet rooms provide good sound insulation from the outside. Modern decor and cleanliness were noticeable throughout the facility.

The indoor pool lacked adequate ventilation, making it quite humid and uncomfortable at times. The bathroom lighting was poor, lacking any significant main light, and the sink had slow drainage issues. Additionally, the elevator service was sluggish, and one of the two elevators was out of order during the stay.

I had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn Express El Paso I-10 East By Ihg. The check-in process was efficient and friendly. My room was spacious and meticulously clean, well-stocked with quality toiletries. The indoor pool looked inviting, and I truly appreciated the convenient access to nearby restaurants, including Krispy Kreme!

Thin walls, but manageable.

Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the accurate timing. The staff who greeted me were pleasant, making me feel welcomed. Room 219 had a comfortable king bed, but I noticed the sink didn't drain well. It was frustrating having to mention it multiple times without any action taken. Despite this issue, the room was otherwise clean and stocked with decent toiletries. I really enjoyed using the indoor pool. it was well-maintained and a nice way to unwind. Breakfast had a good variety, but some more options would have made it even better. I did feel a bit disappointed that the front desk staff didn't acknowledge me during checkout when I had a question. It made the final impression less positive than it could have been. Overall, I would consider returning, but with some caution about room maintenance.

The Standard King Room was really clean and the bed was super comfy with soft pillows. I loved the walk-in shower and the bathroom had fantastic water pressure. The room was well-stocked with a Keurig, mini fridge, and a large flat-screen TV which made the stay even better. Just a little heads up, the sink didn’t drain well, which was a bit annoying. But overall, it was a great experience!
